Cancellation Policy

At Mivora Enterprises Private Limited, we understand that sometimes you may wish to cancel your order.
We try to accommodate cancellation requests whenever possible, but due to the fast processing of orders, cancellations are allowed only before the product has been shipped.

 

1. Eligibility for Cancellation

You may request a cancellation before your order is shipped.
Once the order is marked as “Shipped” or “Out for Delivery,” no cancellations, changes, or refunds can be processed.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

 

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation:

Look for the Report/Cancel button on your order section OR Contact us immediately at info@themivora.com with your Order ID and the reason for cancellation.
If your order has not yet been shipped, our team will cancel it and initiate a refund (if applicable) to your original payment method.

 

3. Post-Shipment Policy

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or recalled.
In such cases, we recommend allowing the order to be delivered and referring to our Refund Policy if you received a wrong or damaged product.

 

4. Company Rights

Mivora Enterprises Private Limited reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, such as product unavailability, pricing errors, or payment verification issues.
In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
