At Mivora Enterprises Private Limited, we strive to provide you with high-quality women’s hygiene products and a smooth shopping experience.
All our products are thoroughly checked and packed before dispatch. However, in rare circumstances, if you receive a wrong product or a damaged item, we are happy to assist you with a refund as per the terms below.

 

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

• You have received a different product from what you ordered.
• The product you received is damaged or defective upon delivery.
To be eligible for a refund:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• You must share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging as proof of the issue.
• You must provide unboxing video of the package.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• The product has been opened, used, or tampered with.
• The issue is raised after 48 hours of delivery.
• You no longer want the product due to personal preference (change of mind).
• Minor variations in colour, texture, or packaging, which may occur due to manufacturing or screen display differences.

3. Refund Process

Once your claim is verified and approved:

• The refund will be processed to your original mode of payment (via Razorpay).
• Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

4. Verification and Discretion

All refund requests are subject to internal verification.
Mivora Enterprises Private Limited reserves the right to accept or reject any refund claim if it does not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
