1. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and another email/SMS once it has been shipped.

 

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time typically ranges between 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
For metro cities, delivery may be quicker, while for remote or rural areas, it may take slightly longer.
Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, courier issues, or local restrictions.

 

3. Shipping Partners

We use Shiprocket as our logistics partner to ensure safe and efficient delivery across India.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your shipment status in real time.

 

4. Shipping Charges

Standard shipping charges may apply for orders below the free-shipping threshold or for certain delivery locations.
Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before you make the payment.
COD charges would be extra & will be displayed at checkout before you make the payment.

 

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and pin code are entered correctly at checkout.
Mivora is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

 

6. Damaged Packages

If you notice that your package is damaged or tampered with upon delivery:

Please do not accept the package from the delivery agent.
Take clear photos and contact us immediately at info@themivora.com with your order details.

We will investigate the issue and assist you accordingly.

 

7. Undelivered Orders

In case the courier is unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us.
If this happens, we will contact you to arrange a re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
